Photos flattered the colour slightly. Everything else — packing, speed, communication — was spot on.

I've handled enough earrings to know when a condition report is honest. This one was.

Perfect from bid to doorstep 🙌

DHL to Dublin in 36h, packed like a tank.

Six weeks in the house now and I keep finding reasons to be pleased. The necklace was described conservatively, shipped fast, and the one question I asked before bidding got a real answer within the hour.

Perfect.

Dispatched same day, tracked the whole route, signed for on arrival. Textbook.

It arrived not working. Two stars because that shouldn't happen — but the seller arranged the repair at their cost and followed up twice. Handled properly in the end.

Description said excellent; I'd call it good-plus. Kept it anyway — the price was fair.

Smooth deal, no complaints.

Bought the bracelet as a gift and nearly kept it. Packaging was gallery standard, dispatch immediate, and the piece itself even better than the photographs suggested.

The Speedmaster matches the listed reference exactly, and the included paperwork checks out.

Shipped to Munich in two days, double-boxed, zero movement inside.

The diver arrived with damage that wasn't in the report. Two stars for the listing, not the resolution: return label the same day, full refund within the week. They stood behind it.

Strap more worn than the photos showed, but the seller made it right with a partial refund. Would still buy again.
