Flawless.

Cataloguing was museum-grade: measurements, marks, condition, all accurate. The full run has pride of place now. Communication throughout was prompt and unfussy.

Very happy with this one.

Dispatched same day, tracked the whole route, signed for on arrival. Textbook.

Wrong piece in the box. Genuinely. But the swap was arranged within 48 hours and the right tote is exactly as described. Painful week, fair ending.

The full run had a flaw not mentioned in the report. Seller responded quickly and we settled it fairly, but read the photos twice.

Second lot from this seller this year. Consistency is why I keep bidding.

no notes. none.

The sneakers arrived with damage that wasn't in the report. Two stars for the listing, not the resolution: return label the same day, full refund within the week. They stood behind it.

Back again — same careful packing, same honest descriptions.

Condition grade was spot on — I'd even say harsh, which is the right direction.

Bought for stock. Margins are thin when the description is this accurate — no complaints.
