Condition grade was spot on — I'd even say harsh, which is the right direction.

Lovely lounge chair, thank you.

Shipping took a week longer than quoted. Piece is fine, communication polite, just slow.

copped the sideboard, condition is insane for the year

There is a particular pleasure in receiving a lot that matches its description line for line. The lamp did. Insured shipping, signature on delivery, and a handwritten note in the box. First purchase from helsinki-modern; unlikely to be the last.

Bought for stock. Margins are thin when the description is this accurate — no complaints.

Professional from first message to final delivery. The mirror went straight into the shop window.

The sideboard had a flaw not mentioned in the report. Seller responded quickly and we settled it fairly, but read the photos twice.

Photos flattered the colour slightly. Everything else — packing, speed, communication — was spot on.
