The dining chairs had a flaw not mentioned in the report. Seller responded quickly and we settled it fairly, but read the photos twice.

I've handled enough lamps to know when a condition report is honest. This one was.

    Lovely lounge chair, thank you.

Description said excellent; I'd call it good-plus. Kept it anyway — the price was fair.

It arrived not working. Two stars because that shouldn't happen — but the seller arranged the repair at their cost and followed up twice. Handled properly in the end.

Accurate description, prompt dispatch, correct paperwork. Trade buyers can deal with confidence here.

The mirror is everything the listing promised and then some — the photography was honest and the condition report, if anything, understated. Dispatched the morning after the sale and tracked door to door. This is how it should be done.

I've handled enough bracelets to know when a condition report is honest. This one was.
