Description said excellent; I'd call it good-plus. Kept it anyway — the price was fair.

It arrived not working. Two stars because that shouldn't happen — but the seller arranged the repair at their cost and followed up twice. Handled properly in the end.

Cataloguing was museum-grade: measurements, marks, condition, all accurate. The Speedmaster has pride of place now. Communication throughout was prompt and unfussy.

Six weeks in the house now and I keep finding reasons to be pleased. The Submariner was described conservatively, shipped fast, and the one question I asked before bidding got a real answer within the hour.

The dress watch had a flaw not mentioned in the report. Seller responded quickly and we settled it fairly, but read the photos twice.
