svea-antikt
Svea Antikt is a mother-and-daughter firm in Djursholm. We buy whole homes: mid-century furniture, small paintings, the odd chandelier. Restored only where needed, described the way we would want to read it.

Photos flattered the colour slightly. Everything else — packing, speed, communication — was spot on.

The etching matches the listed reference exactly, and the included paperwork checks out.

Cataloguing was museum-grade: measurements, marks, condition, all accurate. The canvas has pride of place now. Communication throughout was prompt and unfussy.

Smooth deal, no complaints.

Arrived faster than my local post manages a letter. Packing was almost suspiciously good.

There is a particular pleasure in receiving a lot that matches its description line for line. The canvas did. Insured shipping, signature on delivery, and a handwritten note in the box. First purchase from svea-antikt; unlikely to be the last.

DHL to Dublin in 36h, packed like a tank.

Third purchase from svea-antikt and the standard hasn't slipped.

Six weeks in the house now and I keep finding reasons to be pleased. The etching was described conservatively, shipped fast, and the one question I asked before bidding got a real answer within the hour.

A day late to dispatch; the piece itself is exactly as described.

Dispatched same day, tracked the whole route, signed for on arrival. Textbook.

Great piece, fast ship. Would buy again.

Shipping took a week longer than quoted. Piece is fine, communication polite, just slow.

Flawless.

Very happy with this one.

The screen print is everything the listing promised and then some — the photography was honest and the condition report, if anything, understated. Dispatched the morning after the sale and tracked door to door. This is how it should be done.
