Six weeks in the house now and I keep finding reasons to be pleased. The lounge chair was described conservatively, shipped fast, and the one question I asked before bidding got a real answer within the hour.

Bought for stock. Margins are thin when the description is this accurate — no complaints.

no notes. none.

Condition grade was spot on — I'd even say harsh, which is the right direction.

Measurements, marks and photos all accurate to the millimetre. The scarf was exactly as catalogued.

Arrived faster than my local post manages a letter. Packing was almost suspiciously good.

All the small details a listing usually gets wrong, this one got right.

So happy with it 😍📦

Professional from first message to final delivery. The lounge chair went straight into the shop window.

The dining chairs arrived with damage that wasn't in the report. Two stars for the listing, not the resolution: return label the same day, full refund within the week. They stood behind it.
