The bracelet is even better in person 😮💨🔥

The brooch arrived with damage that wasn't in the report. Two stars for the listing, not the resolution: return label the same day, full refund within the week. They stood behind it.

Perfect.

Quick, careful, honest. Recommended.

The ring is everything the listing promised and then some — the photography was honest and the condition report, if anything, understated. Dispatched the morning after the sale and tracked door to door. This is how it should be done.

Professional from first message to final delivery. The ring went straight into the shop window.

There is a particular pleasure in receiving a lot that matches its description line for line. The ring did. Insured shipping, signature on delivery, and a handwritten note in the box. First purchase from the-goldsmiths-row; unlikely to be the last.

I've handled enough bracelets to know when a condition report is honest. This one was.

Exemplary.

Description said excellent; I'd call it good-plus. Kept it anyway — the price was fair.

Six weeks in the house now and I keep finding reasons to be pleased. The ring was described conservatively, shipped fast, and the one question I asked before bidding got a real answer within the hour.
